Simply select “Other Product Customer” in the Membership level of access box, and ensure to include in the subject or body of the request that it is for TheJournalCreator membership.

Our staff DOES NOT work evenings, weekends or holidays.  “IF” a staff member works during those hours occasionally, it is their choice, it is NOT expected and should NOT be expected to receive a response during those times.

Our staff works on the Eastern Time Zone – if you are on a different time zone, please CLICK HERE to see what our current time / day is (a new window will open).

Please always allow up to 2 business days for a response to your ticket. In other words, if you submit a ticket on a Friday afternoon at 4 p.m., our staff MAY NOT respond until Monday OR Tuesday if Monday is a holiday here.
